C Dictionary FAQ
The voucher will only work once! Once you have registered the voucher and received the license key, the voucher will no longer work.
When you registered the voucher, the license key was sent to your mailbox.
You can install and unlock the dictionary with your license key!
Please find detailed instructions here!
NOTE! The instructions are for C Dictionary version 2.0.4.9 (Stand-alone program) and version 3.0.0.0. (Add-On).
A voucher is included when purchasing the C-Pen 3.0, C-Pen 3.5, or the C Dictionary product:
In the box you will find the voucher with a voucher number printed on it.
If you have purchased any other product, a voucher number is not included.
The C Dictionary program is built to work seamlessly with C-Pen 3.0, C-Pen 3.5, and C-Pen 20.
If you use C-Pen 10 you must launch the C Dictionary application manually and place the cursor before scanning.
The older portable models (600C, 600MX, and 800C) can also be used if connected in C Direct mode. The dictionary
cannot be installed in the pen itself. Note! These models are not Vista compliant. Also note that some models have
language limitations. E.g. the 600c and 800c cannot scan Cyrillic text.
The dictionaries are installed with Windows standard installation program.
This means that they can be uninstalled from "Add/remove program" in the Control Panel.
If you have completed the voucher registration, but did not get an e-mail with the license key,
