The core function of C-Pen is to capture, recognise and transfer written information, e.g. text or barcodes, to computers and mobile devices.

C Technologies has developed a number of applications to demonstrate the different possibilities that the C-Pen presents, however we strive towards allowing developers to create third-party applications with which the C-Pen is integrated. With our open C-Pen Core add-on API anyone can develop applications that integrate seamlessly with the C-Pen.

The source API (Application Programming Interface) is available free of charge to any developer that wants to develop an application for either computers or mobile devices.
